Another Government Scam – Small Business Administration (SBA) is Exposed as Corporate Welfare to Big Businesses | Liberty Blitzkrieg

Fascism does not just appear overnight with the marching of thousands of heavy boots on the streets and on your doorsteps, it creeps slowly upon us through the legitimate means of the institutions of democracy, bit by bit until your freedoms, your headsinalienable rights as a free people in the classical liberal sense operating under the laws delineated by this nation’s founders so eloquently in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States, are no longer. This is not a Republican or Democratic party issue, as both sides of the aisle have been eroding our freedoms for some time now and chiseling away at the essential foundations of a free and open society, it is about taking our collective heads out of the sands–and seeing the reality of what is going on and saying ” This Must Stop”, before it is too late-

-which it may already be… already may be…....

On March 2, 1932, senators passed Senate Resolution 84 authorizing the Committee on Banking and Currency to investigate “practices with respect to the buying and selling and the borrowing and lending” of stocks and securities. The committee made little progress, however, during its first 11 months. Banking executives repeatedly denied committee requests for bank records and internal documents. Witnesses easily evaded questions posed by counsel.

In early 1933, Banking and Currency Chairman Peter Norbeck (R-SD) hired a new chief counsel, former New York deputy district attorney Ferdinand Pecora. Norbeck called him a “happy discovery.”

Under the surface of the governmental regulation of the securities market, the same forces that produced the riotous speculative excesses of the “wild bull market” of 1929 still give evidences of their existence and influence. Though repressed for the present, it cannot be doubted that, given a suitable opportunity, they would spring back to pernicious activity. Frequently we are told that this regulation is throttling the country’s prosperity. Bitterly hostile was Wall Street to the enactment of the regulatory legislation. It now looks forward to the day when it shall, as it hopes, resume the reins of its former power.

—–Pecora’s Preface to his 1939 book {Wall Street Under Oath}, appropriately written on the eve of World War II.

There are bankers of this country who are enemies of the public welfare. In the past, a few great banks have followed policies and projects that have paralyzed the industrial energies of the country to perpetuate their tremendous power over the financial and business industries of America.

===Secrets Of The Federal Reserve (Eustace Mullins)

scrMany people have noted that the more insidious or corrupt a law or agency, the more positive sounding its name. The most egregious example during my lifetime, was naming legislation that stripped Americans of most of their civil liberties the “Patriot” Act.

In a similar vein, which red-blooded American could ever be opposed to something called the Small Business Administration (SBA). We all love small businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit, and even those who abhor big government have a hard time siding against an agency that supports the little guy. As such, the SBA is the perfect vehicle for cronyism, corruption and corporate welfare, which indeed appears to be its primary reason for existence.
