A politics of inequality and ruthless power disparities is now matched by a culture of cruelty defined by the slow violence of debt, impoverishment, wartime military recruitment, criminalization, incarceration, and silent misery.
There is a particularly savage violence in the stories that now shape matters of governance, policy, education, and everyday life, one that has made America barely recognizable as a civilian democracy.

The Great Lie is that this is civilization. It’s not civilized. It has literally been the most blood-thirsty brutalizing system ever imposed upon this planet. This is not civilization, this is the Great Lie. Or if it does represent civilization, and that is truly what civilization is, then the Great Lie is that civilization is good for us.
The moral, spiritual, racial, economic, cultural and intellectual bankruptcy we are in the midst of today is not some social phenomenon or the result of something abstract or sociological that just “happened”. The chaos and social degradation that permeates every corner of what is left of “western” civilization and those that now suffer under the planned chaos of western military interventions and their aftereffects is not random, it is not all chance and it is certainly not the most obvious redoubt of most observers, due to stupidity, policy induced near sightedness or ignorance. For the most part all that is and has been unfolding for many years but seems now to be coming to a boil is and has been very much anticipated.
We are at the crossroads. And the roads we take will now determine whether we will live in the XXI century as nation state republics or subjugated, culled and dehumanized crop of slaves. How can anyone with a sentient brain believe anything, from economic numbers, climate “science” to public government policy intentions–we live in the most distorted, surreal and propaganda driven world ever yet achieved. Take back your life and question your beliefs.
Do not run from fear and anxieties back into the mental cocoon that is our manipulated, power elite directed world, for the batons of the conductors have broken and turned into guns. The discordant, cacophony that is the result will eventually find its own harmony, but only when the orchestra awakens to live in a world without conductors.
The following list of essential reads for those seeking to understand and resist the civilizational black hole America and the world are falling within, I would add–the two or three excellent books on Operation Gladio to understand how extensive, long cycle conspiracies of death, false flag terror and subversive acts can be undiscovered for over 40 years and still exist today.
I have been describing our nation’s future, that has become the now, for a number of years now as a combination of the visions of three of the great dystopian novels: 1984, Brave New World and Clockwork Orange. The latter, Anthony Burgess’s classic, was left off the excellent list of essential reads.
Nassim Nicholas Taleb, best-selling author of The Black Swan, told the story of a turkey who is fed by the farmer every morning for 1,000 days. Eventually the turkey comes to expect that every visit from the farmer means more good food. After all, that’s all that has ever happened so the turkey figures that’s all that can and will ever happen. But then Day 1,001 arrives. It’s two days before Thanksgiving and when the farmer shows up, he is not bearing food, but an ax. The turkey learns very quickly that its expectations were catastrophically off the mark. And now Mr. Turkey is dinner.
